Refund Policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We strive to offer you the best in quality and value. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly return the product and issue a full refund.

1. Products may only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Products used or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Request a return authorization number by sending an email to info@forever-tuning.com with the detailed reason for the return and images or a video of the product that supports your reason. You have time 14 day to request a refund. Once approved, you will receive an email notification with the address of the nearest warehouse where you can ship the product you wish to return.

3. To ensure your refund, please use a traceable mail service. We will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.

4. Upon receipt of the package, the products will be inspected and a full refund will be issued via the original payment method. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address used for the original purchase.

LATE OR FAILED REFUNDS
Please note that we issue refunds as soon as your refund request is approved, which means the money leaves our account immediately. If you haven't received a refund yet, first double-check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. It often takes some processing time before a refund is posted. We've seen some credit card companies take up to 30 days to show that the refund has been credited back to the card. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us.

How long does delivery take?
All orders ship within 2-5 business days. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team at info@forever-tuning.com
(This policy excludes errors made by customers in providing shipping details on their orders or failed deliveries of packages.)

Can you provide me with a tracking number?
All tracking numbers will be emailed to the customer as soon as tracking information is available.

I entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?
If this happens to you, please email us as soon as possible, WE WILL BE ABLE We're able to handle it. However, we can't promise anything, as all our items are generally processed immediately after ordering and shipped the same day or a few days later. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it.
We will not be responsible if you enter an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address. Our system automatically processes orders and simply follows what you provide.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE once it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee to cover restocking costs and the costs we incur for refunds from credit card companies.

Invalid reasons:
1. Buyer no longer wants the items: This is the most common example that we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value to TuningForever. The buyer must ensure that he or she wishes to purchase the items before placing an order, not afterward. After placing an order, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller for the purchase of all items in the order.

2. The buyer has found cheaper items elsewhere: The buyer must be sure they are willing to pay the requested prices before placing an order. After placing the order, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller for the purchase of all items in the order.

Customized products – exclusion of the right of withdrawal

Pursuant to art. 59, paragraph 1, letter c) of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal is excluded for goods made to measure or clearly personalized.

This category includes electronic products made to customer specifications, requiring manual assembly, PCB soldering, programming, specific configurations, artisanal workmanship, or aesthetic and functional customization, all of which are initiated after the order has been confirmed.

For these products:

 

  • it is not possible to cancel the order after confirmation;

  • no refund is provided, even if the request is made before shipment;

  • Processing begins immediately after the order is placed, through the purchase of dedicated components and the use of specialized labor.

 

By placing an order, the customer declares that they are aware that the product is personalized and expressly accepts the exclusion of the right of withdrawal, as provided for by current legislation.
